Opportunities to Support Youth Development – For Individuals

Engaging in youth development is a great way of giving back to the society.

In partnership with well meaning individuals, private sector organizations, government and civil society organizations, SAEDConnect is building a wide spectrum of high-impact opportunities for young people to utilize and hone their capacity to create and benefit from economic opportunities.

Giving back through youth development initiatives alleviates poverty, struggling and suffering. Leveraging the resources, networks, and skills of partners like you deeply enrich our youth development program by helping to scale its reach and deepen its impact.

We invite you to join our quest to build tomorrow’s leaders, today.

2 pathways to engage

We are enthusiastic about exploring and co-creating and co-executing custom youth development programs and solutions that align with your strategic objectives. We can develop and implement localized or specialized programs for you, to meet any success criteria of your choice

Some ways to support include:

  • Serve as mentors to both job seekers and small business owners
  • Support with promoting exceptional young people among your online and offline networks.
  • Support our work by sensitizing people within your network to engage and support as well.
  • Share your story to inspire and encourage a young adult.
  • Participate in an “Ask-me-anything Sessions” where young people can engage with you and tap into your wisdom.
  • Volunteer your expertise in projects and events.
  • Sponsor young people to attend and participate in relevant public or virtual training programs, conferences, trade shows, and events.
  • Sponsor or support with your expertise on curriculum & course manual development and improvement across a variety of topical areas.
  • Provide in-kind and monetary contributions to support a youth development project or scale up a youth development program.

We must continue to open the doors of opportunity to more young people, who are powerful allies and can be key advocates for sustainable change.
